Price is calculated from verified road distance between pickup and dropoff, multiplied by a vehicle-specific rate. Surge pricing applies only during high-demand periods, and you always see the price before you confirm booking.
Are SEPESHA drivers verified?
Yes. Every driver submits a valid driving license, vehicle photo, and plate number before approval. Our team reviews every document — a driver cannot accept orders until KYC is approved.
What payment methods does SEPESHA support?
Mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) and cash on delivery.
